Returns & Exchanges

 

If you want to make changes to any of our products, contact the Customer Service Line at 01 8000522943 from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 and from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. (GMT-5), or send us an email at customerservice@thecolorwear.com with your full name, order number, invoice number, products you want to change, and the reason for the claim.

 

Returns


In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined by Law 1480 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal is 5 business days from the delivery of the product. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. The transport costs and any other costs leading to the return will be covered by the consumer. In the event that all the aforementioned conditions are met, thecolorwear.com will return the total amount paid, without making any discounts or withholdings, and the term may not exceed 30 calendar days.

 


Exchanges

Our goal is to make sure that you are totally satisfied with the purchase you made, TCW, S.A.S., whose brand is THE COLOR WEAR, allows the change by request of: size, color or reference, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of purchase. You can only make changes for products with a value equal to or greater than the original by paying the surplus.

To exercise the right to an exchange, the products must meet the following requirements:

  • They must not have been used, washed or damaged.
  • They must keep the original label. We suggest you try on the garments before removing the tag.
  • They must be returned in the original packaging.
  • The purchase invoice must be presented.
  • Promotional items, discounted or purchased in the "Sale" section, cannot be exchanged.
  • The returns of the garments will always be made for the value at which they were purchased, the value of the shipment will not be returned.
  • The transport costs and the other costs that lead to the return will be covered by the consumer. Unless the echange is for quality reasons.


You must request the return of your product via email, once we have the return request with the necessary data, the collection of the product will be scheduled at the agreed address. Transportation costs will be borne by the customer.

The change of the product for a new size, color or reference is subject to inventory availability. If, within 5 business days from receipt of the return, we cannot find the size or color you were looking for, we will refund the money within a maximum period of 30 business days from the date the size is identified, color or reference is not available and send us the account details.

Once we receive your product back in our warehouse, we will verify the conditions in which it is found, THE COLOR WEAR will have (5) business days to inform you if your product meets the criteria established to make the change by size, reference, color or return of money.

In the event that your product does not meet the criteria of our policy of exchanges and guarantees, we will inform you with an email the reason why the exchange will not proceed and its shipment will be coordinated again with a freight collector where you must pay to the transport company at the time the product is delivered.

Once the return process has begun, in case the necessary data is requested to advance the process, the client will have 3 (three) business days from the request of the same to supply them. Once this period has elapsed, if you do not provide said data, it will be understood that you have desisted from the submitted request.

 


Quality Claims

If the item you purchased presents any quality or suitability problem and you consider that you have complied with all the care and washing recommendations by giving the garment a good use, we will acknowledge the arrangement or change of it and the transport costs will be assumed by THE COLOR WEAR. You must make the warranty request for your product by email, once we have the warranty request with the necessary data, the collection of the product will be scheduled at the agreed address and will be delivered to our quality auditors who will make the corresponding decision according to our policies.

We suggest you take into account the most common cases of rejection of changes due to misuse of garments, before filing for a claim:

  • The time limit of 30 (thirty) days after the purchase was delivered to make the claim was exceeded.
  • Not following the washing and care instructions for the garment.
  • Use and/or contact of chemicals, acids, bleaches, dyes or any corrosive product that deteriorate or discolor fabrics.
  • Faded by direct sun drying.
