THE COLOR WEAR ships all orders through Servientrega, a trusted logistics company known for its security and wide coverage. This ensures your purchase arrives safely at the address you provide.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination city, typically ranging from 4 to 8 business days.
Please note: this does not include the payment approval time.

Order Processing Times

Delivery times begin once the purchase has been confirmed.

  • For credit/debit card or PSE payments, confirmation may take up to 1 business day.

  • For Efecty or Bank Reference payments, confirmation may take up to 2 business days.

Important Information

  • Delivery may be delayed if the item is only available at one of our retail stores rather than at our logistics center in Barranquilla.

  • Deliveries cannot be scheduled for an exact time.

  • Weather conditions, traffic, roadblocks, or other operational issues reported by Servientrega may also cause delays.

  • The order may be received and inspected by any adult present at the delivery address, and delivery will be confirmed by signing the shipping receipt provided by the carrier.
